Harvard Moment Tensor Solution

This is a REVISED solution for today's earthquake near Sumatra.
The solution includes approximately the first 9 hours of data 
recorded after the earthquake. Owing to the large size of the 
earthquake, the short-period cutoff for the analysis was set 
to 300 s.
