The following is a release by the United States Geological Survey, National Earthquake Information Center: A minor earthquake occurred 10 km (5 miles) W of Glenwood Springs, Colorado at 2:48 PM MST, Feb 10, 2006 (2:48 PM MST in Colorado). The magnitude and location may be revised when additional data and further analysis results are available. No damage is expected.
ML 3.8 (GS). Felt (IV) at New Castle and Silt; (III) at Glenwood Springs. Also felt at Basalt, Carbondale, Clifton, Grand Junction and Gypsum.
